Heatherbrook Apartment Homes is located on Highway 276 mid-way between Quinlan and Emory.  All of our units are SMOKE FREE and include the following amenities:

Fully equipped kitchens with electric range, microwave,
refrigerator, dishwasher, and garbage disposal

The monthly rate for a one bedroom - one bath 747 sf unit is $750 per month plus electricity.

The monthly rate for a two bedroom - one bath 870 sf unit is $875 per month plus electricity.

The security deposit on all units is $500 and the initial lease term is twelve months.

The complex is pet friendly and our furry residents have plenty of grass area for their daily walks.  We have a two pet limit, a 25 pound weight limit, and prohibit pit bull or pit bull mix breeds.  The pet deposit is $250 per dog and $100 per cat.
